Experience/degree in architecture is a HUGE plus. Must have references and a portfolio. • A great sense of humor with ability to develop strong rapport with all types of individuals and varying personalities. • Conduct site surveys to measure existing conditions and enter them into CAD or Revit • Create design schemes in keeping with project scope, budget, and aesthetics of the project • Present designs to clients and incorporate feedback into new presentations • Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, project managers and other members of the team to help create and implement design plans and proposals. Experience: • AutoCAD: 5 years (Required) • Interior Design: 5 years (Required)
