The role at a glance: NBBJ Seattle is seeking an Intermediate Interior Designer to work on workplace & interiors projects at a variety of scales. The role will offer you opportunities to grow within the firm, experience with world-class clients, and ask you to fully participate in an innovative, creative, and highly collaborative environment. • Proactive team engagement to participate in ideation at all levels • Design, document and deliver and projects of various sizes and complexities. • 5 - 9 years of professional experience in Interior Design or Interior Architecture • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture • LEED or WELL Accreditation, or willingness to pursue within 18 months of hire • Strong conceptual design and schematic design skills • Strong verbal and graphic communication skills • Ability to lead aspects of work with design direction • Demonstrated knowledge of Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign • Creation of presentation books and materials • Experience with researching, selecting and specifying materials and finishes • Ability to work in a collaborative, open environment • Furniture selection experience is beneficial • Corporate and commercial design experience is beneficial The annual base pay range for this role is anticipated to be between $73,000 and $90,000.
