Our CLIENT is a top 5 design firm that is featured in the 2024 AD100 list is seeking an Intermediate Interior Designer to create award-winning designs for one-of-a-kind ultra-premium properties. Having been in business for 50+ years, their portfolio showcases a diverse range of projects, including residential, commercial, cultural, and hospitality spaces. We are seeking a a dynamic Interior Designer with a minimum of 5 years of post-bachelor's degree experience in interior design. Candidates should possess a strong design sensibility and a desire to learn and contribute to our projects with enthusiasm, excellent collaboration and communication skills, outstanding graphic ability, and interest in working on all phases of interior design work. • Minimum 4-year Degree in Interior Design • Minimum of five years of experience working with an architectural or interior design firm • Strong analytical, conceptual, organizational, and time management skills • Concise and personable verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of furniture, fixtures, equipment, materials, and building finish products suitable for residential and hospitality projects • Experience with design detailing and documentation • Knowledge of LEED or Well Building Standards preferred but not required.
