Job responsibilities include: • Leading and developing comprehensive, code-compliant design solutions for a variety of project types • Participating in all project phases while adhering to project parameters • Conducting in-person field surveys and assessments • Taking the lead in programming client needs, conceptual design, spatial planning and design development • Researching and specifying FF&E • Developing critical design elements such as RCPs, lighting layouts and integrating technical needs (audio/video, acoustics, power, data etc..) • Effectively communicating design concepts through sketches, 3D models, and presentations • Co-leading and delivering compelling client presentations • Collaborating directly with clients, vendors, and consultants throughout the design and construction process • Preparing detailed project documentation and participating in construction administration tasks Compensation & Benefits: Salary range of $90,000 - $105,000 per annum dependant on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including comprehensive medical, dental and vision insurance, hybrid working flexibility and much more!
