Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in interior design or architecture • 3-5 years of experience on residential interior design and construction projects • Familiarity with high-end residential industry vendors • Expertise in day-to-day interior design processes and construction procedures • Proficient in AutoCAD and Photoshop; knowledge of Studio Designer a plus • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to internal team members, clients and vendors • Highly organized with a strong background in project management; managing project schedules and developing budgets • Strong analytical skills; meticulous attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment and prioritize multiple projects under pressure • Creative problem-solving skills, including anticipating, preventing and identifying • Passion for driving results and making an impact in a growing business
