The team specializes in collaborating with clients, general contractors and building departments to roll out their brands with services including building surveys, due diligence, code analysis, architectural construction documents. - Knowledge of general interior construction, methods & materials, details and standard building codes. o Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume, work environment with the ability to manage up to 40-50 project deadlines at one time. o Ability to site adapt & implement established brand standards to a project anywhere in the nation. o Experience with client maintenance, engineer coordination, applying for permits, building department interaction, issuing construction documents and addressing building department comments.
