Location: New York City (In-office, 5 days a week) We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Intermediate Interior Designer / Architect to join a dynamic studio. The ideal candidate is locally based, has a strong interest and background in single and multi-family residential design, and possesses the technical skillset to take a project from concept through construction administration. • Lead the Studio’s Construction Administration phase, managing RFIs, submittals, and contractor correspondence. Proficiency in the following software: • AutoCAD • SketchUp • Adobe Creative Suite • Bluebeam Revu • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited institution.
