The Intermediate Interior Designer is an integral part of the design team who will coordinate the administration, production and execution of design projects alongside the Principal. Roles and Responsibilities • Work closely with the Principal on all design projects from concept to completion • Conceptualize unique design concepts and solutions • Responsible for producing high quality project design deliverables in both FF&E and construction documents • Work on any/all phases of interior design projects including Pre-Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Construction Administration, and Installation • Select interior details, materials, color selections, furniture and furnishings lighting design, space planning, and detailing • Prepare proposals, purchase orders, invoices, and budget spreadsheets • Work with and serve as key point of contact for vendors and sources • Support the process of purchasing, expediting, receiving, and installation Requirements: • 34+ years experience in high end residential interior design firms • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or related field • Proficient AutoCAD and/or Chief Architect • Ability to manage multiple projects in various stages of development • Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with design assistants • Ability to communicate design ideas and direction • Experience communicating with clients, vendors, and contractors, architects, and tradespeople • Reliable car and valid driver’s license to go to and from project sites, showrooms, meetings, etc. BEnefits - please confirm additional benefits • $70,000 - $85,000 commensurate with experience • Full Time or Contract • In-Office 4 days a week and 1 day remote • Paid time off
