This is a hybrid role for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and precision—someone just as comfortable sourcing a vintage armchair as they are sketching a millwork detail or refining a client presentation. You’ll collaborate closely with the principals and design team throughout the full project lifecycle, contributing to design development, sourcing, technical documentation, procurement, and client engagement. You’ll help guide internal reviews, maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, and keep projects moving with clarity and purpose. We’re looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in interior design, ideally with a focus on high-end residential work. Experience in interior architecture is a strong plus.
