Intermediate Interior Designer

As an Intermediate Interior Designer, you will Independently develop and coordinate interior design packages from concept through detailed design, interpreting and organizing assignments, and coordinating across disciplines. You will plan and design interior aspects of medium, large, or multiple projects contributing specialized knowledge in defined components of the work, from concept through documentation. • Generate FF&E design and specifications, coordinate procurement with suppliers, and cost control with QS/procurement teams. Education and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design and/ or Architecture is required • Expert level proficiency in Revit/BIM literacy • 4 - 8 years of experience, with demonstrated leadership delivering complex interior projects • Advanced communication, client management, and negotiation skills • Strong detailing and specification capabilities • Extensive knowledge of codes, accessibility, sustainability, and authority approvals • Licensure/Certification not required; NCIDQ/LEED/WELL in progress or interest encouraged.
