The Interior Designer will help lead a design team and also work directly with the Senior Designer and Partners. Responsibilities: - Work closely with the Senior Designer and Partners to develop project design direction - Manage Design Team including Junior Designer and Design Intern. - Work with the design team to generate Autocad drawings through the Pre-Design, Schematic Design and Design Development phases of the project. - Produce CD Sets for Partner approval - Work with Project Manager to develop and meet project schedule and deadlines. - Communicate on a regular basis with client or client representatives about project status, client questions, and coordination.
