Qualifications: • Degree in Interior Design • 3+ years experience in a high-end interior design firm • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, InDesign, Pages & Numbers • Proficiency in Studio Designer preferred (although willing to teach the right person) • Proficiency in space planning • Highly skilled at simultaneously managing multiple projects and deliverables • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Organized, detail-oriented and self-sufficient with excellent time management skills • Experience working with local design vendors and contractors • A valid driver ’s license and reliable transportation is required for visits to job sites, vendors, etc. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): • Managing all phases of the design process from start to finish under the direction of Principal or Senior Designer • Documenting and drafting existing conditions • Creation and development of AutoCAD drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections, etc.)
