The Intern role provides administrative and project support within assigned department, while gaining valuable, hands-on experience in a healthcare environment. The summer intern will be embedded with a team made up of project managers, interior designers, facility planners/move coordinator and cost estimators that oversee the design and construction of all facilities at Maine Health. Most of our projects are occupied renovations. Work will be in a team environment - involving weekly team huddles, attendance at project meetings and assisting team members in specific project tasks to advance the progression of the overall projects. , • Visit construction sites to observe construction activities.
