We are a boutique architectural/interior design firm in midtown Manhattan looking for someone to join our staff as a job captain/draftsperson. Role will include all facets of projects including surveying/drawing up existing conditions, client meetings, space planning, contract documents, coordination with consultants, and construction administration. The firm specializes in small to large corporate interiors, as well as building renovation/repositioning in New York. We represent a number of buildings in the city where we are the building architects doing test fits for potential tenants, pre-builts, building upgrades, and tenant spaces. You will be working directly with a partner, project manager, and senior designer.
