Job Captain - Commercial Interiors Design

Overview: Join our dynamic team as a Job Captain specializing in Commercial Interiors. In this role, you will mentor and inspire our staff while embodying our firm’s mission and values. Proficient in Revit and Bluebeam with strong experience.Intermediate skills in Rhino, Grasshopper, Photoshop, InDesign, and Dynamo.Familiarity with visualization tools like Twinmotion or Enscape.Basic understanding of AI design tools and Illustrator.Working knowledge of furniture specification software; Navisworks experience is preferred.Intermediate skills in the MS Office Suite.Awareness of sustainability and integrated design principles.Understanding of architectural systems, accessibility protocols, and QA/QC processes.Knowledge of building codes and their application in technical documents.Experience with FF&E to fulfill design intent is preferred.Ability to manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.Strong presentation and organizational skills.Basic client relationship building skills.Clear and professional communication abilities, both verbal and written.Experience in fostering collaboration within a team setting.A commitment to meeting deadlines while maintaining quality standards.Willingness to travel as needed.Base Salary: $80,000 to $92,000 annually - Washington DC location only.
