Duties include assisting Project & Client Managers by providing a design team to help achieve project goals and partnering with market segment leaders in the development of new clients. Direct reports work from multiple office locations and Department/Discipline Manager is responsible for ensuring consistency of quality, approach, and practices within the discipline area. Direct Responsibilities/Duties: • Technical and Quality oversight of all project work for discipline area. Review and provide updates on project budgets at milestone dates. • Experience in staff management/department management.
