The Senior Interior Designer is an integral part of our team and will collaborate with our clients, architects and builders on new construction and large renovations of custom homes. The Senior Interior Designer will work closely with the Principal and all staff to develop conceptual designs, material selections and furnishings. This includes creating floor plans, cabinetry elevations, lighting plans, ceiling details and other specifications essential to the design. The Senior Interior Designer is directly responsible for project deliverables, meeting overall project design schedules, as well as preparing and making design presentations. Minimum Qualifications • Accredited bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent • A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive responsible work experience in the interior design field • First- hand knowledge of and experience working with a full range of luxury residential vendors and fabricators Software Requirements • Proficiency with AutoCAD, PowerPoint, MS Office required • Familiarity with SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite preferred Job Classification • Permanent, full time, exempt employee; a minimum of 40 hours per week
