O'Neil Langan Architects (a New York City based firm with a NEW Lawrence, KS outpost) is looking for a junior or intermediate level architect or designer with strong schematic and design development skills, as well as experience with construction documents. Project management experience a plus. Please read through the requirements below and respond if you qualify. • Ability to produce a complete set of construction documents • Ability to handle fast-paced projects and deadlines • Strong and clear communication skills a must • Basic understanding of construction means and methods • Capability of learning quickly on the job • Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors Software Knowledge: • AutoCAD drafting experience in an office setting • Revit drafting experience in an office setting a plus. • Salary requirements - negotiable based on level of experience.
