• Care for Others: Work collaboratively with team members to deliver designs that support the client’s lifestyle and vision. The Junior Designer will assist the Architectural Designer in developing and executing design concepts, creating detailed drawings, and preparing client presentations. This role supports the design process, ensuring projects meet Houck Construction’s high standards for quality and customer service. Project Collaboration • Work closely with the Architectural Designer and other departments, including interior design and construction, to ensure designs are cohesive and executable. Minimum Performance Metrics • Timely and accurate completion of design deliverables, including drawings and presentations.
