They are looking for a designer with 2-4 years of experience in corporate/commercial design and a go-getter attitude. This role will enable a young designer to grow and learn under a team of seasoned professionals, while working collaboratively alongside other team members and partners. The role entails.. • generating design concepts; such as floor plan analysis, visual design concepts and finish selections • Communicating with partners (including: contractors, owners, project managers and consultants) through the project, from schematic design to construction administration • Collaborating on projects with design team at all levels • documentation and development of construction documents - and coordinating with MEP requirements • conducting preliminary field surveys to document existing conditions • Coordinate materials and assist in the production of project specifications
