Interior Designer / Project Manager with proven experience in all phases of design to work in our downtown Charleston Studio. Candidates should have strong design experience on residential projects where s/he was involved in all phases of interior design and construction process. -Prepare construction documentation; including drawings, schedules, specifications, and custom details. -Directly participate with the Principal to ensure projects are on schedule, on budget, reflects all client and project objectives. -Strong organizational and project management skills, with an attention to detail and follow-up -Ability to prioritize -Professionalism, a strong work ethic, and the desire to build positive rapport with clients and vendors -Ability to problem solve and work with numbers -Driver’s license and use of your own vehicle required.
