We are seeking a talented and experienced Junior Architect/ CAD Designer / Technical Designer to join our client's innovative design team in Miami. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bringing creative concepts to life through precise technical drawings and 3D models. Key Responsibilities: • Create detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for Hospitality and high-end residential projects • Develop technical specifications and construction documents • Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project managers • Ensure design compliance with building codes and regulations • Produce accurate material lists and quantity takeoffs • Assist in value engineering and cost estimation processes Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field • Minimum 3 years of experience in CAD design, specifically in hotel/hospitality projects • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software • Strong understanding of construction methods and materials • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills The successful candidate will join a dynamic team dedicated to creating exceptional spaces in the hospitality industry.
