Junior Architect/Interior Designer

ZWP International Employer ZWP’s Los Angeles office is dedicated to the full-scope design and development of high-end custom residences and condominium projects. This position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career designers (0–3 years of experience) who are eager to gain hands-on experience in high-end residential design and development. This role offers exposure to luxury custom residences and provides opportunities to grow in design development, documentation, detailing, and construction-phase coordination. • Strong interest in high-end residential design • Basic understanding of construction documentation and detailing • Strong graphic and visual communication skills • Organized, proactive, and willing to learn • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Familiarity with California building codes is a plus • Clear and professional communicator with a calm, organized, and self-directed approach to work • Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented residential environment • Position Details • Schedule: 40 hrs/week • Duration: Full Time • Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance Benefits, 401k, PTO, Performance Bonus • To Apply
