Works with clients to obtain buildings department plan approvals and work permits. The Junior Architectural Designer will be responsible for designing, managing and coordinating the progression of jobs types such as alterations to residential and commercial spaces, white box fit outs for national brands and obtaining new certificates of occupancies. Benefits to be negotiated based on experience and may include paid vacation days, sick days, visa sponsorship and more. -Prior experience working for an architectural and/or engineering and/or interior design firm preferred -Must be proficient in English. Conversational knowledge of Korean also preferred.
