Responsibilities: Styling shelves, tables, and accessories Making and dressing beds to a luxury standard Unpacking and organizing decor Assisting with staging installations Hanging artwork and mirrors Inventory organization Light shopping and sourcing assistance Maintaining staging inventory and warehouse organization Qualifications: Strong eye for design and aesthetics Detail-oriented and highly organized Reliable transportation Able to lift and carry small furnishings and decor items Positive attitude and willingness to learn Experience in retail visual merchandising, interior design, home staging, or decorating is a plus This is a hands-on role working directly with the owner on beautiful homes throughout the Boston area.
