Junior Design Associate

The Design Associate works closely with the Design Manager and cross-functional project teams including Development, Marketing, Construction, and Management to assist in the design and documentation of residential and mixed-use developments. This position provides early exposure to project planning, design execution, and collaboration with architects, consultants, and vendors. • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design. • Strong communication and coordination skills to effectively work across internal departments and external partners. This is a full-time, in-office position offering hands-on exposure to every phase of real estate development, from concept to construction.
