Junior Designer

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and creative Junior Interior Designer to join our Dallas-based team. Responsibilities • Support the design team throughout all phases of each project, from concept development to installation • Contribute fresh, thoughtful design ideas that balance creativity, functionality, and practical solutions • Prepare and refine technical drawings in AutoCAD and SketchUp • Research, source, and compile materials, finishes, and furnishings for design presentations • Participate in client meetings and presentations with confidence, offering clear communication and responsive problem-solving • Visit local showrooms to gather samples, manage returns, and assist with on-site installations as needed • Project management and coordination for multiple projects. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a closely related discipline • Prior project coordination or management experience a plus • Strong eye for design, craftsmanship, and precision—attention to detail is essential • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and receive feedback gracefully • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and InDesign • Highly organized, dependable, and meticulous in execution • Professional presence with a refined, approachable demeanor • Must provide a current portfolio of design work and professional references Job Type: Full-time Base Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
