As a Junior Designer at RDG, you will join a talented, collaborative team dedicated to creating exceptional interior environments that align with our clients' vision. You will support all phases of design projects, including programming, space planning, material selections, specifications, architectural detailing, construction documents, furniture specification, and construction administration. • Develop an understanding of project scope, budgets, and deliverables. • Develop proficiency in interior architectural and millwork details and construction documents. • Strong technical and modeling skills with proficiency in Revit (1+ years preferred).
