Junior Designer

You’ll work closely with the Principal and alongside an experienced designer who owns projects from concept through completion. This role is well-suited to someone who is honing their skills, approaches problems with a constructive attitude, and eager to grow their judgment and responsibility over time. Though this is a supporting role, we make room for both creative opportunity at every level, and provide a clear path for upward movement in the firm for the right person. You will: Contribute to design concepts, space planning, and material selections Develop drawings, elevations, and details for client and construction use Assist with specifications, samples, and finish coordination Support project execution with accuracy, care, and follow-through Participate in internal design discussions and critiques Support the project design lead to keep work organized and moving Assist with procurement, pricing, checking in items, preparing for installations Haul items to and from studio to storage to installations or job sites Help keep the studio running smoothly and cleanly
