Work with design team to develop design ideasMay assist senior designers in selecting fixtures and finishesUnder supervision, develops preliminary space plansAssist and learn detailingAssist and learn the production of furniture & finish packages, along with cost estimatingAssist senior staff with verification of site details to support designAssist in field surveying of client spacesCorrect drawings red lined by othersSupport the team in collecting information for client assessment; may attend interviews, provide documentation support; developing skills working with Affinity program tool Strong intermediate Revit skills are minimally requiredWorking knowledge of the application of color, materials and aesthetic formFamiliarity with space planning methodologyFamiliarity with furnishings and equipmentBasic sketching and rendering skillsBasic interior architecture detailing skillsWorking knowledge of CDs and proceduresCommitment to support projects through peaks and valleysIntermediate MS Office Suite skillsBasic Adobe Creative Suite skillsBasic verbal and written communication skills
