Junior Designer for Portland Interior Design Firm Seeking a Junior Designer for an Interior Design firm, located in Old Port, Portland. This position is relatively flexible with an opportunity for growth, given the right candidate. This is a unique opportunity to get started at a well known, established Interior Design firm. The ideal candidate would be someone who has a positive attitude, great design aesthetic, organized and works well independently. Design Duties: \\- To work on projects from all phases of design through installation, including: * concept development * drafting * sourcing products * presentation preparation * assist in ordering and installations \\- Create CAD / Revit drawings \\- Provide design and administrative support through the execution of design projects \\- The ability to organize & manage multiple projects at once \\- Manage fabric library \\- Marketing/ social media Experience: \\- Drafting software (specifically AutoCad, Revit) \\- Bachelors Degree/ experience in Interior Design \\- Mac computer knowledge \\- Marketing/ social media platforms \\- Adobe Creative Suite (a plus, but not necessary) \\- Compensation based on experience
