Location: East Midtown Manhattan, New York City Duration: Part-time with potential for full-time after 3-month trial period Schedule: Tuesday-Thursday, with possibility of remote work on one day per week after full-time transition Hourly Pay: Competitive rate during the 3-month trial period Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the team in preparing concept images, mood boards, and project... drawings. • Assist in developing project documentation including material schedules, finish schedules, and fixture schedules. • Support in sourcing, selecting, and specifying project materials, finishes, fixtures, and equipment within project budget and schedule constraints. • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders including clients, vendors, and team members to convey project information accurately and in a timely manner. • Attend and contribute to meetings with clients, project teams, contractors, and vendors, assisting in preparing agendas and taking meeting notes.
