Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Proficiency in AutoCAD & Sketchup; familiarity with Chief Architect, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop), and Microsoft Office (Excel) • 2–5 years of professional or internship experience in design AND drafting • Strong sense of style and ability to contribute creatively to design discussions • Basic knowledge of building construction, codes, and materials a plus • Eye for detail, organizational skills, and eagerness to learn in a collaborative environment • Strong communication and teamwork skills
