Salary commensurate with experience/negotiable. Responsibilities include coordination of project logistics from procurement through installation; Creation of purchase orders on all client approved and specified items; Placing orders with vendors using purchase orders and coordinate payment; Tracking all orders and managing lead times in accordance with installation date; Coordination of freight, delivery, and storage; Arranging pickups and deliveries prior to installation; Maintaining storage inventories; Acquiring Principal’s approval on images of completed work prior to shipment; Working with storage companies and receivers to ensure products are received as ordered and undamaged; Creating installation timelines and schedules; Organizing vendors, deliveries, and oversee all deliverable items during installation; Creating work orders for all specified furnishings in coordination with Principal, acquiring Principal’s approval for work orders prior to issuance, and maintaining positive relationships with all workrooms; Maintaining client files and materials in a precise fashion. Ability to communicate with Principal and vendors effectively is essential.
