With over 22 years of experience and 500+ completed projects, WAD is a nimble, design-forward practice with deep vendor relationships, discerning clients, and a reputation built on craft and process — not volume. Gain direct exposure to the professional residential design industry through William Adams’ active involvement with the NKBA Northern California Chapter (National Kitchen & Bath Association) including opportunities to build connections with respected industry professionals, vendors, and trade partners. 1–3 years of experience in interior design, interior architecture, or a closely related field Strong proficiency in AutoCAD required Experience with Studio Designer strongly preferred Fluent in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail) Residential project experience strongly preferred Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Professional, polished communication skills — you'll interface with clients and vendors Collaborative, low-ego, and comfortable in a small-team setting Portfolio demonstrating both technical capability and design sensibility A working knowledge of AI tools and curiosity around how AI can improve design workflows, client communication, project management, and operational efficiency Comfortable adapting to new systems, processes, and technologies in a fast-paced boutique studio environment with a proactive mindset Please include your compensation expectations in your application.
