Applicant must have prior project management and/or design experience at an interior design, architecture or high-end construction setting. The Jr. Designer/Project manager will work directly with Susan Bednar Long and be responsible for the development and flawless execution of interior design projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have 3+ year previous work experience at an interior design or similar firm, common sense, great follow-up skills, and a willingness to do whatever is necessary to get the job done – a must. Ideal candidate will have a full understanding of all aspects of residential interior design, project management, including project work planning, budgeting, material specifications, knowledge of interior finishes and vendor sources, purchasing/ordering merchandise, coordinating third party work, and site installation. From an accredited design program a plus.
