At White River Marine Group, the Junior Industrial Designer plays a key role in shaping the future of our marine products by contributing to the design and development of innovative, trend-forward boats and accessories. This position supports both new product introductions and model year updates by executing creative concepts, refining components, and conducting ongoing trend research within and beyond the marine industry. • Support new product development efforts through weekly involvement in 3D modeling, sketching, and prototyping of boats and key components. • Ability to develop visual communication tools for use in marketing, sales, or digital product interfaces. Work is reviewed by supervisor.
