Interior Design Assistant / Personal Assistant Redefine Group – Interior & Architecture Design | Tampa Bay This role is ideal for someone who has a genuine interest in interior design and wants to be immersed in the process, while also being comfortable handling a wide range of responsibilities beyond traditional design tasks. We’re looking for someone who is resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of solving problems independently while representing the brand with professionalism and discretion. Support sourcing of materials, finishes, furnishings, and samples Assist on job sites with measurements, installations, and project follow-ups Communicate with vendors, contractors, and clients as needed Help maintain organization of project files, samples, and studio materials Anticipate needs and proactively support ongoing projects
