Job Description: We are a boutique architecture and interior design firm with a mix of residential and commercial projects. Job Requirements: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience at a design firm, with an Interior Design degree and background. Residential experience is a plus. Must be extremely well-rounded with strong time-management, organizational skills and ability to multi-task with a positive attitude. Responsibilities Include: Prepare specifications and working drawings Select and purchase furniture, fabric, window treatments and accessories Coordinate schedules of Designers, Vendors, and Subcontractors Maintain Library Materials and Samples Prepare Pricing Worksheets, Proposals, and Presentation Boards Maintain client binders and ensure proper documentation is completed for all projects Visit job sites and attend FFE&E; installations.
