APK Designs, LLC APK Designs, LLC Sandy Hook, CT Sandy Hook, CT Part-time Part-time $25 - $35 an hour $25 - $35 an hour Responsibilities: - Assist senior interior designers in creating design concepts and presentations - Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences - Select and source materials, furniture, fixtures, and accessories for design projects - Survey project site and create As-Built drawings - Create detailed floor plans and elevations using AutoCAD, and 3D renderings using Sketchup, - Develop color schemes and select appropriate finishes for each project - Prepare proposed design presentations using PowerPoint - Prepare project budgets - Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution - Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design specifications are met Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Associates degree in Interior Design or related field - Strong knowledge of color theory and its... application in interior design - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) - Experience with software such as Sketchup and AutoCAD - Familiarity with building codes and regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills If you are a creative individual with a passion for interior design and possess the required qualifications, we invite you to apply for the position of Junior Interior Designer.
