Florence, KY Florence, KY Contract Contract $1,000 - $1,500 a week $1,000 - $1,500 a week Pyramid Construction, a leading name in the construction industry, is seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. As an Interior Designer at Pyramid Construction, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from residential homes to commercial spaces, shaping exceptional environments that inspire and captivate. Job structure: This job is paid per project (The rate reflects paid amount per project) and we have multiple projects per month that requires interior design. One time (or subsequent) visit of the job site per project is required for you to take measurement, so reliable vehicle is required. Responsibilities: Collaborate with architects, clients, and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives Create innovative and functional interior design concepts that align with client preferences and project goals Develop detailed design plans, including layouts, color schemes, furniture selections, lighting, and materials Conduct site visits and surveys to gather accurate measurements and assess existing conditions Source and select appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and accessories within budgetary constraints Prepare and present design proposals, including 3D renderings, mood boards, and sample boards, to project manager for approval Oversee and guide the implementation of the approved design, ensuring quality and adherence to project specifications Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new design techniques Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field or Proven experience in interior design, preferably in residential and commercial projects Proficiency in design software Strong knowledge of color theory, space planning, materials, and furnishings Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design ideas to clients and project teams Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards Portfolio showcasing previous interior design projects is required At Pyramid Construction, we value creativity, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering exceptional design solutions.
