Junior Interior Designer

This position offers an incredible opportunity for an energetic, motivated, and passionate individual to grow with an established design team. The position will be in office, Monday thru Friday 8:30-4:30pm. for projects • Project management including developing and managing budgets, selection updates based on stock, price, or delivery issues for first selections, etc • Prepare all input for proposal creation and purchasing • Work with expeditor on order processing • On-site coordination • Reporting weekly on project status Requirements Include: • Must hold a degree in Interior Design • Must have 3-4 years of professional experience with a design firm, working directly with clients, project managers, and contractors on in-home design projects • Must be able to demonstrate strong capabilities in handling and overseeing project from concept through final installation • Must be able to work efficiently and effectively under deadlines • Proficiency in CAD, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp or Enscape • Proficiency in Mac Operating System, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications • Knowledge of Studio Designer software • Must possess extensive product and vendor knowledge • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Self-motivated and strong time management skills to successfully work on multiple projects • Must have well-developed delegation skills Experience: • Interior design: 3 years (Required)
