Teamwork • Ability to work with the Director of Design to develop strong design concepts and accurately document them in design presentations and construction documents. • Has general knowledge of all phases of a design project which includes contracts, budgeting, scheduling, planning, design, documentation, specifications, and construction, including the selection and specification of furniture. Junior interior designers are expected to conduct research and attend industry events or workshops to enhance their knowledge and skills.
