The candidate is approachable, has a positive attitude, and is able to adopt quickly under pressure. • Strong conceptual design skills • Able to manage multiple projects and prioritize project workload and or time sensitive tasks • Great attention to detail with accuracy • Assists and/or selects finishes for various projects • Ability to communicate design ideas and take direction quickly. • Proficient in furniture layout, color, lighting, material selection, custom furniture and installations • Experience in creating presentation boards in Photoshop/InDesign • Proficient in writing interior FF&E specifications • Experience in submittal review • Excellent in team collaboration and communication skills • Creative talent, an imagination and eye for design • Follows and stays on schedule with assigned tasks.
