The ideal candidate is organized, and a self-motivated individual who is able to assist the Principal and Senior Designer with technical and design-focused tasks from initial planning through to final installation. -Keep updated AutoCAD drawings for interiors, covering furniture and lighting layouts, elevation views, tile and stone arrangements, and millwork specifications. -Prepare both digital and physical presentations for clients, incorporating design schemes, detailed specifications, reference images, furniture layouts, and elevation plans. -Gather and update extensive FF&E specifications. -Work in tandem with external subcontractors and project partners, such as architects, general contractors, craftsmen, and others.
