With offices in California (Danville) and Michigan, our clientele spans from Coast to Coast with projects in Newport Beach and Carmel to name a few. to communicate design intent Prepare and maintain supporting documents such as finish schedules, specifications, furnishing budgets, product/room matrices, and shop drawings Source furniture, fabrics, fixtures, and finishes in line with client needs, the Senior Designer's/Principal's vision and project budget Prepare client presentation materials Assist with gathering of quotes; prepare proposals and review for accuracy; prepare proposal packages for submission to clients Participate in weekly design/project reviews with design team As needed, attend meetings with clients, architects, contractors and vendors; help with scheduling and organization of installations; relay relevant information to design team Develop long-term relationships with clients, design showrooms and vendors Compile data into in-house software Monday & Houzz, Studio Designer Some travel to and from job sites, trade shows Qualifications/Skills: A minimum of 3 years of Interior Design Experience, in high end residential design, including construction and renovation projects. Degree in interior design, design school or equivalent experience Strong knowledge of FF&E sources and strong vendor relations An innate sense of style and curiosity for growth, knowledge, and passion for interior design Strong design portfolio Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp required Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and/or similar a plus Ability to work on Mac and PC iOS Excellent attention to detail and highly organized Good communicator, confident dealing with a wide range of team members, high EQ Strong work ethic, goal oriented and extremely efficient Professional, kind, honest, humble, entrepreneurial spirit Benefits: $50,000 - $65,000 / year, commensurate with experience Full Time position IRA matching Paid professional development opportunities PTO days Paid holidays Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000. 00 per year Benefits: Paid time off Professional development assistance Retirement plan Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: Birmingham, MI 48009: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Work Location: In person.
