Junior Interior Designer

Heather Wells, Inc. is a full service high-end residential interior design firm based in Boston's Back Bay neighborhood. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Interior Designer/Interior Design Assistant You will be responsible for assisting in the design and implementation of interior spaces. Your day-to-day tasks may include working on design concepts, selecting materials and furniture, maintaining our design library and collaborating with senior designers to bring projects to life. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design • 1-3 years of related design industry experience required • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite • Knowledge of Studio Designer a plus • Strong knowledge of color theory, space planning, and material selection • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects
