Education and experience: You must have a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA), a BFA in Interior Design, BSc in Interior Design, Bachelor of Architecture or similar, with 1 to 3 years’ post-graduate experience. Role outline: As a junior designer you will be supporting a team of skilled designers and architects, all of whom are led by a senior designer. Goals/targets: • To constantly develop knowledge and skills relevant or applicable to your role • To demonstrate initiative and taking responsibility on projects where applicable • To learn a new skillset with March and White Design above your current level (i.e. sketch-up/AutoCAD, FF&E etc) • To develop your own network in the industry under the MAWD umbrella (introducing new suppliers and contractors)
