Junior Interior Designer

Rees Roberts & Partners is seeking an junior Interior designer with experience in high-end residential design. We are looking for candidates with 1-3 years of proven experience in high-end residential interiors. The role is full time and based in Tribeca. Overtime is occasionally required to meet project deadlines. Job Description / Essential Functions • Preparing for client presentations, working closely with interior designers and other support staff • Developing quotes, proposals, purchase orders and overseeing the purchasing process • Project administrating including processing of shop drawings, materials, strike-offs, and CFA’s • Preparing furniture plans, elevations and detailed furniture drawings • Producing renderings, layouts and graphic presentations • Keeping clear and accessible records of design decisions and purchases • Working closely with senior design team • Managing meeting notes, project status, and deliverables • Maintaining client project binders and bins • Traveling to furniture manufactures to review prototypes and project sites as needed
