Education and experience: As a junior designer you will be supporting a team of skilled designers, all of whom are led by a Design Director. Enscape is a plus • understanding of FF&E selection (materials, finishes, detailing and scheduling) • self-confident and receptive to constructive feedback and criticism of your work • the skill to visualise concepts and explain them to others • excellent communication skills including verbal, written and visual • exceptional attention to detail • desire to learn and expand design and industry knowledge
